5 P’s of SHOPPING
The Pursuit of Perfect Shopping Moments has been our lifelong passion.
The perfect shopping moment, either in store or online is like drinking the perfect cocktail. No single ingredient stands out yet they all combine together perfectly to produce to ambrosia (the drink of the gods). We have named the ingredients for the perfect shopping experience the 5 P’s of Shopping and they go a little something like this…
THE 5 P’s OF SHOPPING
P 1) Personality – The brand stands for something that we can connect with, or aspire to
P2) Personnel – The sales staff and the brands internal culture are compelling and inviting
P 3) Production Value – The wow factor, every touch point with the customer from print to purchase both inspires and excites us
P 4) Promise – The brand delivers on their promotional promise and encourages us to have an ongoing relationship with the brand
P 5) People – It’s the interaction between the people (us) with the space and/or site is what ultimately creates a legion of brand advocates… or not as the case may be!
Not everyone receives invitations to the latest fashion show or product launches. Most serious shoppers tend to rely on magazines and the internet to help them research new brands, products and services. These experiences can be both exciting and frustrating.
